IVA GRKOVIĆ

Iva graduated on the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. Her year-long professional work experience is related to the fields of audit, finance and accounting. She spent most of her career in international and domestic companies in various industries as Finance and Accounting Manager, as well as Audit Manager and Audit Director. She has worked on various projects: financial report audits for clients, due diligence, other agreed audit procedures, internal and external reporting analyses, as well as accounting and business advisory.

Her specialty is consulting on ERP and DMS system implementation projects, with the aim of optimizing business processes, increasing agility, profitability, efficiency, designing reporting systems and consulting management in the case of changes through digital transformation.

Throughout her long career, she has obtained the following certificates: Certified Auditor, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Accountant and Certified Forensic Accountant.
